MY LIFE

Welcome to the section where you get to see and read more about me. I could say that this section serves as a more visual/artistic version of the

previous Basics section, but in truth I really just like to collect pictures. In hindsight, it's probably not too good an idea to post so many pictures of myself and my friends in an environment known for its Psycho Killers, but I digress. Hopefully there are still a smattering of sane people left wandering the net, and hopefully these few people are the ones that will come to my site.

In any case, most of these images were taken with digital cameras, though I'm sure one or two actual real photographs made their way in. Maybe. ;)

I've mostly had long hair and glasses ever since I was a kid, but every five years or so I cave in and get my hair cut very shortly.

Ironically enough, I always *always* regret doing so immediately afterwards and vow to never do it again. Unfortunately, I seem to forget this promise after the aforementioned five years and do the exact same thing all over again. Shortly after my twentieth birthday, I cut elbow-length hair to the monstrosity you see directly below.

This image (and the one on top) are the most recent pictures I've taken, which means that while i'm writing this they're about a month old.

My hair is extremely short in both pictures, and I've managed to hide the quite distressing bangs the hair dresser bestowed upon me rather well. (This does not stop me from swearing to cut him from sternum to crotch every time I look in the mirror however, though feeling air on my neck is a definite advantage.

This is what I looked like shortly before what I like to call "the accident".

I really miss my hair.

This is me when I was about eighteen or nineteen years old. I can't really remember when this was taken exactly, but it was my bio pic

before I updated the site and thus revamped this section.

The following pictures are of my immediate family: mum, dad, and my older brother.

I have pretty decent parents who work hard and treat me good and feed street children every Sunday. They're nice folks. :)

My brother is nice too, except he has longer hair than me now. I despise him utterly for not needing to go to the salon to maintain such

gorgeous luster, and his hair is always where it's supposed to go even though he doesn't put half as much of the crap I do on it.

No, he isn't gay.

These are my closest friends (read: anti-crisis support group), Fatima and Kelvin.

Kelvin is a budding actor/singer/instructor at ABS-CBN, and he'd be a lot like Joey from friends if he wasn't so good at math and science. :)

Fatima, (like the rest of the Philippines), is currently working in a call center right now. She's great at selling things people don't need, and if I ever had to hire

someone to sell Banana Benders or something like that, she'd be on the top of my list. (The person pulling back Fatima's hair is me, by the way.)

This is my guy, Nathan Ben. (read: the most important person in my life.) I've been with him since I was seventeen, and I don't think

I could ever imagine getting through the past four years without him. I saved him as the last entry because I know that he's probably the one thing I don't need to ever take off, and because I wanted to end with a Beginning rather than a Goodbye.

Sentimental? You betcha. Happy? You betcha.

Cheers, y'all. ;)
